Business Systems Consultant (Oracle NetSuite)

Estamos em busca de um(a) Business Systems Consultant para atuar com sustentação, suporte e melhoria contínua, sendo um ponto de contato estratégico para nossos clientes.

 

** Responsabilidades
Atuar no suporte funcional N1 e N2, garantindo atendimento ágil e de qualidade aos clientes
Analisar e resolver incidentes, dúvidas e solicitações relacionadas ao NetSuite
Conduzir pequenas melhorias, otimizações e customizações no sistema
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua e maximização do uso da plataforma
Interagir diretamente com stakeholders de negócio, entendendo necessidades e propondo soluções
Elaborar especificações funcionais para ajustes, evoluções e integrações
Apoiar testes e validações (SIT, UAT) das melhorias implementadas
Atuar em demandas relacionadas à localização Brasil (BRHub / BR Localization)
Manter documentação atualizada e apoiar treinamentos quando necessário

 

** Requisitos
Experiência com Oracle NetSuite em sustentação, suporte, implementação e/ou evolução contínua
Vivência com atendimento a clientes e atuação customer-facing
Conhecimento funcional em Financeiro, Supply Chain e/ou Operações
Experiência com localização (BRHUB e BR Localization)
Capacidade analítica e foco em resolução de problemas
Boa comunicação e habilidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções práticas

Experiência com integrações (ex: Dell Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft)
Conhecimento em SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.0)
Certificações NetSuite (Foundation, ERP Consultant, etc.)
Experiência em ambientes multiculturais ou atendimento a clientes internacionais
Inglês proficiente
