We are currently looking for a Sales professional with an intermediate or senior profile to join our team in the Medellín office, focused on the Mexican market. Main Responsibilities

  • Generate profitable sales of premium pork, beef, chicken, and turkey products for the Mexican market.
  • Manage, strengthen, and grow the current client portfolio.
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients, mainly by phone and email.
  • Meet or exceed commercial targets, KPIs, and established budgets.
  • Manage profit margins, sales volume, and assigned inventory.
  • Coordinate with internal areas such as operations, credit, purchasing, and logistics to ensure efficient service.
  • Support growth strategies, product diversification, and market expansion.

 

Required Profile

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong commercial focus and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, dynamic person with a fast learning ability.
  • Persistence, discipline, and ability to work with demanding targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in continuous professional growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good judgment to analyze commercial situations and solve problems.
