Job Description

This position will work on many different user stories of a business marketing program or channel. The role’s impact comes from focusing on channel/program backlog items and delivering results through data driven innovation & evolution. Its ability to independently source and analyse data to create a clear hypothesis, test and iterate at velocity is critical for success in this role.

B.Responsibilities:

• Deliver key projects that elevate the performance of a marketing channel or program;
• Manage and engage a global stakeholder base to deliver their projects
• Propose new project opportunities that contribute to channel and/or program performance;
• Develop high quality creative solutions to business opportunities & problems
• Building a relevant external knowledge and implement into elevating performance

B.Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experiences.
• Uses technical knowledge to set personal success metrics and objectives - consistently innovates processes and approaches to further create value through improving end user experience.
• Demonstrates ability to clearly own topics that contribute to the delivery of team success metrics, able to set standard and deadline expectations that realizes team ambitions.
• Actively participates in the addition of data-driven hypotheses to the team backlog, prioritizes them for testing and uses experiment insights to prioritize for velocity and value creation.
• Uses depth and breadth of expertise to balance exploration with execution. Able to pragmatically maintain agreed standards while continuing to explore ways to take on and solve new challenges enhancing personal and business development.
• Uses expertise and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders, is seen as an expert and key driver/iterator of stakeholders goals ultimately driving additional value to the business
