Job Description


β€’ Lead cross-functional teams for large-scale commercial/ revenue product initiatives to define product specifications, users stories, wire frames and acceptance criteria, establish milestones

β€’ Create product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such as user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.

β€’ Work with core agile team including but not limited to technical architects, developers, designers and QA throughout the product lifecycle to ensure your product features meet goals and objectives

β€’ Monitor key conversion metrics and A/B tests to support continual optimization of the product and business plan

β€’ As part of product strategy and planning, able to conduct competitive analysis and financial modeling

β€’ Collaborate with other user experience experts, visual designers and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature or product to bring to market.

β€’ Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches.

β€’ Provide regular updates and make recommendations to product management team leadΒ 

β€’ Coordinate with cross-functional team in agile environment throughout testing cycles

β€’ Provide support to the organization's Consumer Product Management team in the development and rollout of a series of new site initiatives


Qualifications

β€’ Minimum 5+ years in a product management role or related experience

β€’ Demonstrated success in online digital and/or mobile product management including defining requirements and involvement with product lifecycle

β€’ Up-to-date understanding of market trends and keen interest in following emerging technologies

β€’ Strong understanding of ad technologies and support platforms in the content of the digital publishing space

β€’ Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision-making skills; able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective actions plans to resolve issues

β€’ Exceptional communication skills, with ability to modulate communication between executive management and project teams

β€’ Emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven product refinement.

β€’ Strong understanding of user experience, technical & business issues.

β€’ Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

β€’ Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in fast-paced environment

β€’ Experience working in agile environment

β€’ Experience with agile software

β€’ Experience with Omniture and data metrics analysis
