Job Description
We are looking to find a Managing Associate lawyer to join our Corporate Commercial Practice Group in our Lagos office. The role is seeking a lawyer with 7 to 10 years of energy industry related M&A corporate and commercial law experience. The successful candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience gained at a respected law firm or within an in-house environment in Nigeria.
Once you have joined our firm’s Corporate and Commercial group, you can expect to work on top files and receive the career experience associated with working at a top law firm. Qualifications
Legally entitled to practice law in Nigeria with 7 to 10 years of post-call experience.
Minimum of a Merit at LLM level from a recognized university in Nigeria/UK/US/Canada.
