Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver a 30% year-on-year growth in services revenue for your assigned strategic accounts!
- Leverage your deep industry and tech knowledge to guide clients through cloud adoption, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance!
- Lead high-level engagements, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and steering committees
- Manage the full sales cycle, from RFPs and complex negotiations to contract renewals and margin management.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Developers to design technical solutions that solve real-world business problems.
- Develop 12–36 month account plans, anticipating client demand rather than simply reacting to requests.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5+ years of experience in B2B account management or sales within the enterprise technology sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is considered advantageous.
- A technical background or significant exposure to cloud platforms, with the ability to articulate technical value to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience within Financial Services or other regulated industries is a major plus.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and productivity tools (Google Workspace preferred).
