The programmes and Relationships Manager oversees the co-ordination and administration of all aspects of on-going programmes including planning, organizating, staffing, leading, and controlling programme activities.
Job Description
- Plan the delivery of the overall programme and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
- Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization
- Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the programme
- Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the programme
- Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gain community support for the programme
- Coordinate the delivery of services among different programme activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years experience in a related field
