Job Purpose:

Direct supervision of warehouse facilities including planning, fulfillment, inventory management and other relevant operation activities to ensure the execution of Kasha operations. Autonomously manage a robust logistics operation that supports Kasha's objectives and ensure efficient processes and tools are in place for scalable and sustainable operations. Oversee warehouse & inventory management, designing, planning and overseeing distribution operations, risk management and fraud prevention ensuring these components are integrated and optimized for performance. Build relationships with warehouse and transport partners, ensuring adherence to compliance and performance management practices.

Role Responsibilities:

• Country Logistics Oversight: This role serves as the country lead on logistics operations, with a focus on maintaining robust operational oversight over warehouse and transport operations. Responsibilities include designing or implementing
• Transportation and Distribution: Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the transportation and distribution of products. This includes managing both inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring an efficient and effective flow of goods throughout the supply chain.
• Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee warehouse operations, including those at outsourced facilities. Maintain accurate stock levels, collaborate on stock level forecasts and reorder points, and coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective stock management.
• 3PL Operations Management: Manage Third-party Logistics (3PL) operations to guarantee efficient resource utilization. This includes maintaining accurate records and reconciliation routines for precise costing and resource utilization.
• Performance Management and Continuous Improvement: Implement and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement processes. Actively seek and identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency gains.
• Reporting: Utilizing Kasha Systems for data analysis and generating reports is a critical function. This includes implementing and overseeing KPIs results and providing timely inputs to supply chain management. Collate data for accurate and timely reporting to support informed decision-making and consistency of information.
• Compliance and Fraud Prevention: Ensure strict adherence to Kasha’s rules and regulations, taking a proactive role in spearheading fraud prevention measures within the supply chain operations. Ensure appropriate use of corporate systems during the operation.
• Team Management: Manage the logistics team where applicable, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective and efficient operational performance.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other relevant tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain operations.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CILT, CSCP, CLTD) is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain management best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for financial savings.
