Job Description
Develop and implement services, operating and product standards.
Participate in all designs and construction projects (new, renovation, expansion, acquisition) related to hotel or office blocks.
Handle multiple project coordination and construction, finance, procurements and preoperational set- up.
Maintain an active and timely updated deal log and provide communication to top management on status and evaluation of projects.
Work with various internal and external departments, agencies and external suppliers to direct their activities in support of the projects desired outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant Engineering field or Architecture.
Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in the construction industry.
Experience in building complexes, office blocks or hotel is required.
Competency in project managements.
Experience in design supervision and construction.
Proven track record in development and implementation of strategic management, operational review and project managements.
