The DAWN commission is focused on fostering inclusive and aggressive economic growth that leverages the socio-economic potential of the southwest region comprising Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Osun Ekiti and Ondo.
• The DAWN commission is the strategic driver that has been set up to orchestrate and foster regional cooperation and integrity as a catalyst for achieving sustainable and accelerated development of Western Nigeria.

Job Description

• Develop policies and procedures that facilitate operational efficiency of the commissioning the areas of information technology, Human Resources, Office Administration and Finance.
• Coordinate staff management and general administration staff discipline, performance management etc.
• Prepare the commissions operational, financial and other periodic reports cooperate plans and other reporting requirements and submit to the board for information and/or approval as the case may be.
• Manage vendor Service Level Agreements and ensure compliance towards delivery excellent service to the commission.
• Ensure the commission complies with all statutory and external requirements and regulations.
• Assist the commission in developing strategies for fund raising and management of such funds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of first degree in Accounting, Economics or any Numerate Discipline.
• ACCA, CIMA, ACA and any relevant functional professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• At least five (5) years experience in a leadership capacity in a similar position.
• Management accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting  ,monthly reporting is an added advantage.
• Proven ability for implementing and monitoring financial control and creating processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
