Skills/Abilities

  • Demonstrable oral and writtencommunication skills is essential
  • Demonstrable IT skills is essential

Personal Qualities

  • Demonstrable commitment tosupportive team working
  • Creative and takes initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverseteam environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Social Science, Arts or Humanities is essential.
  • Masters degree in a related field is desirable
  • At least 5 years minimum working experience is essential
  • 2 years experience in a similar position some of which was spent in the development sector is essential
  • Experience in writing fundraising proposals and reports is essential
