About this role

En ThinkUp estamos buscando un/a GTM Engineer para construir y escalar nuestro sistema de generación de oportunidades comerciales en LATAM.


Vas a trabajar diseñando procesos, automatizaciones y agentes de IA que ayuden a identificar cuentas estratégicas, personalizar outreach y generar reuniones calificadas para nuestro equipo comercial. Buscamos una persona que disfrute construir sistemas, experimentar, automatizar y optimizar procesos utilizando IA y tecnología.



¿Qué vas a hacer?

- Diseñar y operar estrategias ABM (Account-Based Marketing) para cuentas enterprise en LATAM.

- Construir workflows de automatización para prospección, enriquecimiento, scoring y activación de cuentas.

- Desarrollar e integrar agentes de IA para investigación, personalización de mensajes, calificación de leads y optimización de procesos comerciales.

- Administrar y optimizar HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator y otras herramientas del stack GTM.

- Ejecutar campañas outbound multicanal y medir resultados para iterar continuamente.



¿Qué buscamos?

✔ 4+ años en Growth, GTM Engineering, ABM, Demand Generation o Outbound B2B.

✔ Experiencia trabajando con HubSpot y herramientas de automatización comercial.

✔ Experiencia construyendo soluciones basadas en IA (Claude, GPT u otras tecnologías similares).

✔ Perfil analítico, orientado a métricas y con mentalidad de mejora continua.

✔ Capacidad para construir procesos y sistemas, no solamente ejecutarlos.

➕ n8n, Make, Zapier o automatizaciones personalizadas.

➕ APIs, SQL o Python.
