Job Description
Planning and implementing marketing strategies, including advertising & PR.
Developing annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales team, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
Managing the Marketing Budget and delivering all marketing activity within agreed budget,
Planning and implementing sales and customer retention and development.
Managing, training and motivating direct reporting staff according to company procedures and policy.
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical marketing activities.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.
Qualifications
B.Sc/HND in Marketing or in any of the Social Sciences
Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Must be computer literate and a good team player
Not more than 35 years old,
