Job Description
Registration and distribution of all incoming mails after the MD’s approval
Copy and binding of documents coming from the Management/Admin. Expats and Life Camp.
Distribution of documents coming from Management/Admin. Expats and Life camp
Preparation and transmission of mails to Lagos, Benin and Calabar.
Reception and distribution of mails to Lagos, Benin and Calabar
Reception and distribution of mails coming from Lagos,Benin and calabar
Follow up on sundry expenses and check with accounts Dept. Related to Management staff or Admin/Travel Depts.
Qualifications
A good degree in any Art or Social Science related discipline.
A minimum of 2 years experience as an Admin Staff
Must be rigorous in his/her work
Must be able to take some initiatives by him/herself.
Must have a perfect knowledge of Microsoft world, Excel, powerpoint,Outlook and the Internet.
Knowledge of French language will be an added advantage.
