About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the execution and delivery of high-impact product initiatives across the Guardhouse platform.

 

This is an ideal role for someone early in their product career who wants hands-on experience working closely with senior product leaders, engineers, and customer-facing teams.

 

You’ll help turn ideas into shipped features, ensure product quality, and contribute to continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of product features from concept to release
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth execution and delivery
  • Assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and Support to understand user needs
  • Participate in customer calls and feedback sessions
  • Help test new features and ensure quality before release
  • Monitor product usage and identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist with documentation and release notes



What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience in product, business analyst, or similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely with global teams
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of agile processes
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus
