Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer to lead and scale paid acquisition campaigns for Sahi English. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, deep platform expertise, and the ability to drive measurable growth in user acquisition, subscriptions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid acquisition channels.
  • Drive user acquisition and subscription growth while optimizing CAC, CPL, CPI, ROAS, and   overall ROI.
  • Plan, execute, and scale high-performing campaigns aligned with monthly growth targets.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum return.
  • Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop high-converting vernacular ad creatives.
  • Track, analyze, and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights to leadership
  •  Identify new growth opportunities, new channels, and emerging trends in the EdTech/learning space.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing app campaigns on Meta and Google.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling ₹1 Cr+ ad budgets.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with performance-driven execution.
  • Deep understanding of ad optimization frameworks (creative testing, bidding strategies, audience scaling, retargeting, LTV optimization).
  • Strong collaboration experience with creative teams to improve CTR, CVR, and ad relevance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Experience in EdTech, subscription models, or vernacular audience targeting is highly preferred.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable in fast-growth startup environments.
