Runnow.io is a Gamification - Move & Earn project belonging to KBG Studio based on the training needs of physically active people every day, such as walking, jogging, professional running, cycling, and swimming. Other activities will be future updates like Gym, Yoga, etc.. to burn energy in the body and earn income from that practice.

KBG Studios is actively looking for a Marketing Manager to help us grow our community across all our networks, create our long-term strategy, acquire gamefi users for our projects, and better prepare for our next potential development in the future.  

Job Description

• Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive Growth/Marketing Action Plan including marketing, partnership, and community growth strategies
• Implement new marketing strategies and leading our marketing team by example. Oversee all marketing operations, responsible for developing the marketing strategy and vision for all the markets in which the business operates globally
• Establishing key metrics, funnels, campaigns, performance monitoring, and reporting to support growth of the protocol
• Managing growth resources with marketing partners, agencies, investors, and valued customers.
• Set Marketing goals and objectives, and achieve them
• Determine and manage KPIs for the growth department, including subset teams (content, digital, community, social, etc.) 
• Keep the growth/marketing budget in check
• Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
• Work with other teams to achieve overall growth of the company
• Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
• Analyze company’s growth and marketing strategy and suggest improvements
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices on GameFi market
• Attend marketing conferences and educational programs, training for team members

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing/growth management/leadership
• Being customer-centric, and data-driven
• Hands-on experience with CDP, CRM, SEO, analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, etc.
• Social Media Skills like Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
• Regularly produce and present reports
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• MA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field is preferred but not required
• Experience in one of the fields such as Blockchain, Defi, GameFI, Metaverse, EVMs is a must
