SQA and SEPG in a CMMI L5 setup and exposure to CMM / CMMI appraisal (ATM)

Job responsibilities and activities that

the role is expected to handle

Person to drive the whole CMMI L3 initiatives – including:

  • Process writing – QMS procedures, templates, guidelines, checklists, reports, etc.)
  • train people,
  • define metrics:
  • maintain data
  • setup necessary tools for metrics collection
  • metrics analysis
  • Process implementation:
  • Facilitation
  • Performing SQA audits
