Job Description

Will be on the phone with Medicare members to answer questions about their health insurance and to assist with open enrollment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma
1+ years working with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care or Health Insurance
3+ years working in a call center environment
Computer skills

Schedule:

Possibility of working any day Mon-Sun but will only work 5 out of 7 days a week, any shift between 9am-10pm. Need to be flexible during the open enrollment days. Once open enrollment ends the shift will be change to M-F.
