  • Associateโ€™s degree in a related area (Information Technology, Information Sciences and Technology, Computer IT) or 2-4 years of relative professional experience
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • Comfortable working with an expected resolution rate
  • Technically savvy
