Job Description

Daily Responsibilities: Ā 

ā€¢ Recruiters work internally for a large Managed Care Organization

ā€¢ Assess recruiting needs and ID key recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates

ā€¢ Conduct in-depth screening of perspective applicants

ā€¢ Establish and maintain a strong recruiting presence and create an effective service image


Qualifications

Requirements:Ā 

ā€¢ BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field

ā€¢ 2+ years of specialized recruitment/ staffing experience, preferably in Healthcare Field

Hours for this Position: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
