Job Description

Are you an experienced CSR / Member Service Rep / Customer Service Rep / Healthcare Admin looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED 

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong computer skills 

• Great communication skills

• 6 months to 1 year of healthcare customer service experience  

• Must be used to high call volume 80+ calls per day


Additional Information

Hours for this Position:

• 8:30am-5pm - Once Training is over the shift is more flexible (EX: 9am-5:30pm, or 8am-4:30pm, etc.)
