Job Description:

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered β€œyes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities: Β 

β€’ Respond to incoming calls both from members and providers

β€’ Provides accurate, efficient and courteous service

β€’ Working with the inbound call center taking calls from members and providers from 3 state plans to handle eligibility, benefit and payment questions


Hours for this Position:

β€’ 8am-8pm (staggered 8 hour shifts), OT is available on voluntary basis

Qualifications/ Requirements:Β 

β€’ HS Diploma/GED

β€’ 1-3 years customer service/call center experience

β€’ Great attendance, punctuality, and reliability
