Job Description
The Outbound caller works as a member of a scheduling team to support Nurse Practitioners in the field who visit in home patients to provide health assessments. They contact the patient for scheduling the in-home visit. They also assist their field team with finding the patient’s home, contacting patients, the field team cannot reach and other tasks that may come up on a daily basis.
- Call patients to schedule the in home visits for clinicians in the field
- Assist clinicians in resolving any issues or situations they encounter that require home office support.
- Surveyr patients concerning their in home visit to determine their satisfaction level and document any ideas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Outbound calls are a must
- MS application knowledge
- High level of detail and organization skills
