Job Description

These nurses will be responsible for reaching out to patients over the phone, conducting an assessments with them, creating a care plan for each patient and documenting their notes. They are working a very large backlog of patients that needs to be attended to asap!Β 

Qualifications

β€’ RN license in the state of NV

β€’ 2 years of experience would suffice for this position

β€’ Must have strong computer skills (they will stress this on the interview)

β€’ Experience creating care plans for patients

β€’ Strong assessment skills


Additional Information

Hours for this Position:

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (They really want nurses who can work OT because they are working on a huge backlog of patients)
