Job Description
Daily Responsibilities:
- These Customer Service Reps will be working in the Resolution Center where they will be troubleshooting and partnering with the retail stores, Physician offices, patients, and insurance carriers to determine why a drug is being rejected for coverage. There are 13 rejection categories; however, these temps will only be responsible for 3-5 rejection categories. They will use a queue for these incoming calls. (You will be trained on all of this information.)

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work every day with the exception of a day or two
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong typing skills
Preferred but not a MUST:
- Healthcare experience
- Insurance experience
- Pharmacy experience
- Medical transcription experience
Additional Information
Hours for this Position:
- Shifts vary from 4 to 5 shifts per week (always 40 hours) starting from 7am-12am Monday through Sunday. Candidates will choose their shifts based on when they clear!
- They will need to work Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Yearβs Day if their schedule includes the days that those holidays fall on this year. They will not receive time and a half.
