Job Description

High volume of inbound calls daily, 50-60 calls. Representatives are expected to answer incoming calls from marketplace members. Representatives will be collecting payments from the Healthcare Exchange Marketplace Members. Representatives will be expected to answer an array of questions for members (i.e. I.D. Cards, Primary Care Physicians, Specialists, and General Questions). In addition to answering questions representatives will be expected to be able to multitask; toggling multiple screens, researching, as well as simultaneously typing and maintain conversations with customers is expected. 

Qualifications

• Multitasker

• Able to toggle multiple screens, able to provide state specific state information to the inbound caller. 

• Many CSRs have the experience but not the CSR attitude,

• ATTITUDE/PERSONALITY IS KEY HERE, workers should be eager to help, empathetic, helpful, and have general CSR orientation. This is much more important than the experience. 

• Phenomenal Customer Service 

• Bilingual Speaking 

• Banking and Managed Care Experience is a major plus 

• Call Center or High Volume Face to Face Interaction Experience 

• Computer Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook, and Excel) 

• Exceptional Phone Etiquette 

• Great Attendance and Reliability
