Job Description
- Enrollment is a SALES Team. The role of the pharmacy technician is a sales role and it is a hourly plus commission position once converted to a permanent employee. Not only does this person need to have strong medication and insurance knowledge they have to also be comfortable overcoming objections and selling our services.
- This person will be calling patients that typically go to Walgreens or CVS for their prescriptions, and enrolling them for services.
- These patients are brand new to the company -- they are using us for treatment, and are filling out forms to request the use of our services for their prescriptions. These Enrollment Techs are receiving those forms/requests and calling/following up with the patients to receive the final "yes" from them about getting their prescriptions set up.
Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of experience as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in Texas (no disciplines on file). Will also accept a Tech in Training!
- MUST be Bilingual Spanish
- Good customer service
- Sales knowledge—minimum experience: someone who is familiar with ‘upselling’.
- Strong medication knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, oral, and written)
