Job Description

Shift: Monday-Friday 10:00 am-7:00 pm

Pay rate:  $15-$17 per  hour

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for handling inbound emails and calls from DaVita teammates on billing status or other complicated billing inquires
  • Speaks with patients to answer billing questions and resolve issues regarding co-pays, deductibles and other issues deemed unanswerable by the Call Center

Qualifications

Minimum Education/ Licensures/Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) with collections; healthcare background a plus!
  • Comfortable taking/making collection calls with patients
  • Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS
  • Good customer service + soft skills
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, oral, and written)
  • Personality & culture fit are very important
