Job Description

• Rooming patients (taking vital signs, medication reconciliation, prepping the patient for exam), assisting physicians
• Answering patients’ phone calls, following up on referrals, busy dept.+
• Collects records and reports information obtained from the patient in a timely manner
• Performs treatments and procedures using aseptic technique, standards precautions
• Documents response to car and addresses pain management, discharge planning needs, education and progress toward care plan goals in the medical record
• Assists physicians and others with examination/procedures as needed

Qualifications

• CA LVN active license
• At least 1 year of Clinical experience coming from an acute setting.
