Job Description

Daily Responsibilities: Ā 

ā€¢ Work with Division of Child Protection and Permancy to assist foster parents for children with complex and chronic care needs.Ā 

ā€¢ Asses, develop, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate care plans designed to optimize member health.Ā 

ā€¢ Position is telephonic, and works in office setting. Negotiates reimbursement for care if applicable.Ā 

ā€¢ Works under NJ Child Protection and Child Welfare Agency within the Department of Children and Families.


Qualifications

ā€¢ Active RN license in state of NJ

ā€¢ Minimum of 1-3 years pediatric experience.Ā 

ā€¢ Knowledge of case management and health insurance benefits.Ā 

ā€¢ Strong computer and communication skills


Additional Information

Hours for this Position:

ā€¢ 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Monday to Friday / 40 hours a week)
