Job Description
- Calling on patients to review and advise on care planning. May also be speaking with providers to work out any issues with plan. Must be very strong on the phone and have solid case management exp.
Qualifications
Must have valid RN License in FL
• 2 - 5 years of solid Case/Care management exp.
• Disease Management Experience / Asthma exp preferred
• 1-2 years of telephonic case management
• 1-2 years of managed care and or Utilization Management exp
• Knowledge of coding, medical terminology and care planning a must.
• Graduate of an accredited college or university with at least an Associate’s in Science degree, Bachelor’s degree in health-related field
• Preferred Bilingual, English Spanish
Additional Information
Hours for this Position:
M-F 8:00-5:00
