Job Description

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities:  

• Schedules patient’s deliveries and addresses all patient needs in one phone call with positive and caring attitude

• Ensures proper follow-ups are initiated so patient’s therapy is not disrupted

• Ensures individualized goals are met

• Ensures the highest quality of care is provided and is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and established departmental policies and procedures

• Arranges for funding programs if necessary

• Displays professional behavior, which aligns with company’s overall code of conduct and ethics 


Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare customer service

• Call center experience

• Clear communication skills

• Experience with Medicare Part D a plus
