Job Description

This position is responsible for generating and tracking both incoming and outgoing correspondence related to complaints from Providers within the company's network. This position will interact (VIA E-mail) with facilities, vendors, providers and other staff.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • Must have phones experience in DME, Dr office, clinic or managed care
  • Call center experience and member services exp
  • Minimum of one year experience in a general office and/or customer service experience required
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology required.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and all Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information

Advantages of this Opportunity:

  • $12-$14 Per HR. (Based on experience)
