Job Description

Are you an experienced LPN or RN with Quality Improvement experience looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

The Quality Improvement Nurse manages and monitors quality improvement initiatives including, but not limited to, development and implementation of preventive health and chronic disease outcome improvement interventions such as: newsletter articles, member education and outreach interventions, provider education, member outreach interventions, medical record reviews, focus groups, and surveys.

Qualifications

  • Clear and active LPN or RN license in state of New Jersey
  • 3-5 years of Managed Care experience
  • Knowledge of compliance, accreditation, service or quality improvement
  • 2+ years clinical experience
  • Medical record review experience
