Job Title Financial Analyst II

City, State: Austin, TX

M-F 8:30-5:30

-Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience * At least 5 years work in one of the below fields experience if no degree! If have a degree she is looking for 3

-Would really like candidate to have the below software experience:

1. PeopleSoft *used for accounting

2. Hyperion * used for budgets

-Strong Analytical Experience

More Insight of Daily Responsibilities:  

• Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations

• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately

• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management

• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts

• Forecasting and reporting of corporate allocations impact on plans total budget

• Financial modeling, analysis and assessment of new, financial metrics, and headcount modeling, Ad hoc financial analysis as needed

• - G&A Finance FP&A Lead on Corporate submissions, consolidations, and financial systems requirements

• - Reviewing and approving vendor Invoice as contracted, and working with vendors to ensure and enforce contract compliance

• - Driving continual improvement in financial reporting methods and processes for worldwide health, benefits and HR spending in order to supply timely information to senior management

• Preparing monthly and quarterly journal entries

Qualifications
