Job Description

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience and in-depth understanding of the building component manufacturing industry in the US. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience in this industry and be able to connect manufacturers with Q4USโ€™s portfolio of software and AI services. Travel within the US will be required. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Q4USโ€™s U.S. market presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in building component manufacturing companies.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with Q4US technical teams to propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Represent Q4US at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Share market insights to support product and service innovation.

Qualifications

  • Must be based in the United States, with willingness to travel to client sites.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the building component manufacturing industry (trusses, wall panels, or related).
  • Strong industry network (preferably with manufacturers, suppliers, and associations).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote role.
  • Familiarity with software, digital transformation, or AI adoption in manufacturing is a strong advantage.
