Job Description

  • Collaborates with the Offboarding Manager and oversees a team of Offboarding Coordinators

  • Develops and implements strategies to improve and streamline the offboarding process

  • Ensures timely offboarding, tracks pending cases, and communicates with department managers regarding unresponsive team members

  • Oversees daily department workflow, supports critical needs, and coordinates national-level initiatives

  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus

  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, technology, and technical roles

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Availability to volunteer 12-15+ hours per week

  • Must be U.S.-based and available during EST business hours

  • This role is best suited for individuals seeking a longer-term volunteer opportunity (12+ months preferred).
