Doel van de functie:
Als Operations Consultant ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor operationele ondersteuning, coaching en training van de winkelteams en Franchisekandidaten. Het motiveren van teamleden, de kennis optimaliseren van het team en het streven naar perfecte operations zijn taken die voor jou vanzelfsprekend zijn en die de tomatensaus sneller door je aderen laat stromen! Je bent veel onderweg, werkt vooral zelfstandig, maar ook samen met team OPS en draagt actief bij aan de groei en kwaliteit van onze organisatie.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Trainen en coachen van medewerkers en Franchisekandidaten in nieuwe en bestaande winkels op operationeel niveau
• Nieuwe winkelopeningen voorbereiden en ondersteuning bieden
• Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van het OPS-team bij de trainingsprogramma’s en projecten
• Het onderhouden en uitdragen van Domino’s- en wettelijke standaarden, procedures en ons beleid; tenslotte ben jij ons visitekaartje
• Het begeleiden/opvolgen van alle nieuwe producten/promo’s en de communicatie hiervan verzorgen
• Het uitvoeren van winkelbezoeken, evaluaties en trainingen
• Het afnemen van STAR Report/FSE bezoeken en daarbij het trainen/begeleiden van winkels op operationeel niveau
• Duidelijke terugkoppeling geven aan teams en managers over prestaties en verbeterpunten omtrent een STAR Report/FSE bezoek

Jouw profiel:

• Je hebt een aantal jaar werkervaring in een Quick Service Restaurant omgeving
• Je bent enthousiast, stressbestendig, communicatief, flexibel en hebt een assertieve houding
• Je bent flexibel in je werktijden, dat betekent dat je zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend zal werken
• Je beschikt over een rijbewijs. Je komt veelal in de winkels, dus elke uithoek van België, Luxemburg en Nederland wordt door jou gedekt
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal goed in woord en schrift
• Je hebt recht om in België, Luxemburg en Nederland te werken
• Je hebt een “hands –on” mentaliteit
• Je signaleert operationele problemen, kunt oplossingsgericht denken en hiernaar handelen

Job Description

Are you an energetic trainer, a born motivator, and do you thrive in dynamic environments? Do you want to contribute to the success of our stores and the growth of our Franchise Partners? Then we’re looking for you as our new Operations Consultant!

Purpose of the Role

As an Operations Consultant, you are the go-to person for operational support, coaching, and training of store teams and Franchise candidates. Motivating team members, optimizing team knowledge, and striving for flawless operations are second nature to you—and they make the tomato sauce flow faster through your veins! You’ll be on the road a lot, working independently but also closely with the OPS team, actively contributing to the growth and quality of our organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Train and coach employees and Franchise candidates in new and existing stores at the operational level

• Prepare for new store openings and provide support during the process

• Guide and support the OPS team with training programs and projects

• Maintain and promote Domino’s and legal standards, procedures, and policies—you are our business card

• Support and follow up on all new products/promotions and handle their communication

• Conduct store visits, evaluations, and training sessions

• Perform STAR Report/FSE visits and train/guide stores on operational performance

• Provide clear feedback to teams and managers regarding performance and improvement areas from STAR Report/FSE visits

Your Profile

• Several years of experience working in a QSR environment

• Enthusiastic, stress-resistant, communicative, flexible, and assertive

• Flexible working hours, including weekdays and weekends

• Valid driver’s license - you will often be visiting stores, so you will be covering every corner of Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

• Proficient in Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written

• You have the right to work in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

• Hands-on mentality

• Able to identify operational issues and think and act in a solution-oriented way

Vous êtes un formateur dynamique, un motivateur né et vous aimez le dynamisme ? Vous souhaitez contribuer au succès de nos magasins et à la croissance de nos partenaires franchisés ? Alors nous recherchons votre profil pour notre nouveau poste de Consultant en Opérations !

Objectif du poste :

En tant que consultant en opérations, vous agissez en tant qu’interlocuteur principal et assurez le soutien opérationnel, le coaching ainsi que la formation des équipes des magasins et des candidats à la franchise. Vous excellez naturellement dans la motivation des membres de l’équipe, le développement des compétences collectives et l’amélioration continue des processus opérationnels – et ça fait couler la sauce tomate plus vite dans vos veines ! Vous êtes souvent en déplacement, vous travaillez principalement de manière autonome, mais aussi en collaboration avec l'équipe OPS, et vous contribuez activement à la croissance et à la qualité de notre organisation.

Vos tâches :

• Former et encadrer les employés et les candidats à la franchise dans les magasins nouveaux et existants au niveau opérationnel
• Préparer les ouvertures de nouveaux magasins et offrir un soutien
• Accompagner et soutenir l'équipe OPS dans les programmes de formation et les projets
• Maintenir et promouvoir les normes, procédures et politiques de Domino's et légales ; après tout, vous êtes notre carte de visite
• Accompagner/suivre tous les nouveaux produits/promotions et assurer leur communication
• Effectuer des visites en magasin, des évaluations et des formations
• Réaliser des visites STAR Report/FSE et former/accompagner les magasins au niveau opérationnel
• Fournir un retour clair aux équipes et aux responsables sur les performances et les points à améliorer concernant un rapport STAR/une visite FSE

Votre profil :

• Vous possédez une solide expérience acquise au cours de plusieurs années dans le secteur de la restauration rapide (QSR)
• Vous êtes enthousiaste, résistant au stress, communicatif, flexible et avez une attitude assertive
• Vous êtes flexible dans vos horaires de travail, ce qui signifie que vous travaillerez aussi bien en semaine que le week-end
• Vous disposez d'un permis de conduire. Vous vous rendez souvent dans les magasins, vous couvrez donc toute la Belgique, le Luxembourg et les Pays-Bas
• Vous maîtrisez bien le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
• Vous avez le droit de travailler en Belgique, au Luxembourg et aux Pays-Bas
• Vous avez une mentalité « pratique »
• Vous signalez les problèmes opérationnels, vous êtes capable de réfléchir de manière orientée vers les solutions et d'agir en conséquence
