This is a satellite office based in Singapore, with headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Description
Main Responsibility:
Having ability to learn fast about our company business in order to be able to assist Management in terms of recruitment and people development.
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop the recruitment process system and performance appraisal system
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job description and specifications
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent requirement
- Attracting suitable candidate through databases, online employment forum, social media, etc.
- Conducting interview and sorting through applicants to fill open vacancies
- Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions
- Completing paper work for new hires
- Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations
- Handling industry relations matters arise
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers
- Maintain employment contract
Training:
- Having experience in developing training need analysis
- Conducting thorough training needs analysis before undertaking a training assignment
- Able to determining what needs to be learned by the employees or team and how to prioritize the learning
- Develop shortlisted training providers
- Onboarding and orientation program for new employee
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3/5 years in the same position.
- Minimum Bachelor holder in Psychology or Management or other related field from a reputable local institute or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Having team work spirit
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive
