Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Concierge who will provide members with solutions to meet their needs. Your duties will include and are not limited to; Analyzing a situation and providing a fresh perspective or developing a most suitable solution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience working in a Customer Service role
- Solid experience with research techniques
- Good experience in project management
- Familiarity with CRM software along with ability to maintain relationship data
- Committed to high standard of integrity and outstanding work ethic
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Great listening and communication skills with analytical and creative mindset
Additional Information
- Perform situational and data analysis to identify the most efficient solution
- Perform short-term or long-term research to address a variety of marketing opportunities
- Coordinate efforts with teammates in other departments to fulfill the needs of our members
- Prepare reports on your results and present them to the team lead
- Develop suggestions for improvement according to objectives
