Binnen onze inhouse creative agency komen creatie en productie samen. Hier ontstaat de content voor onze merken Wehkamp en kleertjes.com.
We werken dagelijks met een team van producers, art directors, stylisten, fotografen, editors en creatives aan campagnes, e-commerce shoots, social content en video producties. Van idee tot uitvoering: alles gebeurt in-house.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Stagiair Creative Production ben jij de rechterhand van de producer en een onmisbare schakel binnen de studio. Jij zorgt dat alles achter de schermen soepel loopt en leert hoe je een complexe productie van begin tot eind organiseert.
Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
- Ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse planning van Fast Lane producties
- Helpen bij castingcalls en het ontvangen van modellen en creatives op set
- Regelen van locaties, logistiek en studio-afstemming
- Opstellen en beheren van callsheets
- Bewaken van de productieflow binnen de studio
- Bijhouden van productie-administratie en budgetoverzichten
- Schakelen tussen verschillende teams op de set en op kantoor
AI & innovatie in productie
Ook binnen productie verandert de manier van werken snel. Tijdens deze stage kijk je mee hoe AI en digitale tools de rol van producer versterken.
Je leert onder andere:
- Hoe AI-planningstools kunnen helpen bij het optimaliseren van studiobezetting
- Hoe digitale workflows productieprocessen versnellen
- Hoe we omgaan met rechten, licenties en buy-outs in een hybride (mens + AI) contentwereld
- Hoe AI-gegenereerde assets worden meegenomen in productie- en rechtenstructuren
- Hoe technologie helpt bij overzicht, planning en efficiëntie
Functie-eisen
Je volgt een HBO-opleiding in de richting van:
- Creative Business
- Media & Entertainment Management
- Event & Content Management
- Of vergelijkbaar
Daarnaast:
- Ben je organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig
- Vind je het leuk om te regelen, plannen en coördineren
- Kun je goed schakelen tussen verschillende teams en taken
- Heb je affiniteit met creatieve productie en media
- Werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Ben je nieuwsgierig naar AI en digitale innovatie in productieprocessen
