Over de stage
Als Meewerkstagiair(e) Kwaliteit Non-Fashion (Home & Garden) maak je onderdeel uit van het Quality & Compliance team binnen Wehkamp Retail Group. Je werkt actief mee aan kwaliteitsprojecten en helpt ons om de performance van onze Home & Garden-producten continu te verbeteren. Jouw analyses en inzichten dragen direct bij aan betere producten en een optimale klantervaring.
Wat ga je doen?
- Analyseren van productperformance op basis van klachten, reviews en retourdata:
- Inzichtelijk maken van analyses en trends in heldere presentaties voor onze buying afdelingen en onze leveranciers;
- Meewerken aan kwaliteits- en complianceprojecten binnen Non-Fashion (Home & Garden);
- Signaleren van verbeterpunten en doen van verbetervoorstellen voor producten;
- Samenwerken met inkoop en leveranciers om productverbeteringen door te voeren;
- Bijdragen aan het voorkomen van klachten en het verhogen van klanttevredenheid.
Functie-eisen
- Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Productontwikkeling, Technische bedrijfskunde of Industrieel ontwerpen;
- Affiniteit met meubels, woonartikelen en/of productkwaliteit;
- Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt gestructureerd;
- Je kunt data vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten en presentaties;
- Je communiceert makkelijk en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen;
- Proactieve en leergierige houding.
