A bit more about what you will be doing:

  • Making appointments, receiving and screening visitors and telephone calls using a telephone script.
  • Maintaining and controlling confidential files and records.
  • Preparing leases for occupancy and making initial computation of rents and monthly payments according to authority policy.
  • Reviewing applications and interviews applicants for housing.
  • Maintains the waiting list of applicants for housing and determines applicant eligibility.
  • Maintaining continuing compliance and resident relations, upholding all fair housing principles, and applying the unique Program rules correctly including the student, unit transfer, unit vacancy and available unit rules.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Generally has specific experience in the regulatory occupancy field.

  • Expected pay rate of $28 to $35 per hour]. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
