About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager who is ready to take ownership of end-to-end accounting operations for our PH Operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and strategic side of accounting — from financial reporting, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and cash flow forecasting to helping leadership understand the numbers behind business decisions.

You will play a key role in ensuring our financial records are accurate, compliant, and decision ready. If you are someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in managing deadlines, reports, and stakeholders, this role gives you the opportunity to make a visible impact.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and maintain accurate accounting records, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership review.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG/HDMF, tax filings, and audit-related requirements.
• Manage or oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper statutory deductions.
• Monitor cash flow, daily cash position, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and prepare required documentation.
• Partner with legal counsel, HR, and other internal teams on compliance and finance-related matters.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights, recommendations, and reports to senior leadership.
• Support process improvements within accounting, reporting, and compliance workflows.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related function.
• Experience managing or supporting accounting operations for a Philippine entity.
• Strong hands-on experience with Philippine statutory compliance, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG/HDMF.
• Experience in payroll processing, financial reporting, audit coordination, and cash flow management.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Experience using accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
