Job Description

We are currently seeking several part-time servers. This is a high-volume environment that requires the ability to maintain a high level of energy. These positions report the Food & Beverage Director and Front of House Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

-Ensure guest satisfaction at all times

-Lift up 30 lbs

-Ability to stand/walk/bend throughout shift 

-Availability to work holidays and weekends (weekday availability is a plus)

-Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local liquor laws

-Follow all safety and sanitation policies

-Effectively communicate food and beverage menus 

-Accurately take guests' orders

-Correctly and precisely calculate each guest check

-Cash handling 

-Room set up and tear down

-Clean, stock, and maintain the workstations throughout shift

-Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

- Adhere to company policies and philosophies

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

- Outgoing personality

- 1 year experience serving or bartending in a full-service restaurant or bar environment (banquet serving is a plus)

- Basic math skills

- Commitment to teamwork

- Strong ability to communicate effectively

- An eye for detail

- The ability to multi-task

Compensation: $9.00 per hour  + tips

Hours: up to 30 hours per week
