Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

ā€¢ Responsible for coordinating the company's travel needs.

ā€¢ Schedules hotel and flight accommodations and procures necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances.

ā€¢ Ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget.

ā€¢ Need to have recent Apollo experience

ā€¢ Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

ā€¢ Excel experience is a Plus

ā€¢ Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

ā€¢ Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

ā€¢ Works under immediate supervision.

ā€¢ Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

ā€¢ Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
