Education/Certification:

ā€¢ High School Degree or equivalent

Skills:

ā€¢ Ability to successfully pass data and provisioning assessments during training.

ā€¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

ā€¢ Excellent customer service skills

ā€¢ Ability to type 30 wpm

ā€¢ Excellent working computer knowledge

ā€¢ Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills a must Ā
