Job Description
- Provide end to end tealeaf infrastructure support.
- Generate value by workings with clients to identify key events and segments for tealeaf reporting
- Monitoring and analyzing session data to understand customer behavior and identify site issues that are adversely impacting conversion.
- Experience in Site catalyst, Dynatrace tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in an e-commerce environment.
- 2+ years of experience in performing Tealeaf implementation.
