Job Description

Position Details:

Title: Help Desk Support

Duration: 6 month (may extend)

Location: Columbia Heights, MN


Responsibilites:

โ€ข Perform diagnostics on PC hardware failures and resolve any problems with software applications

โ€ข Work closely with Helpdesk Support Technicians on support of our remote employees

โ€ข Assist in inventory of our hardware supplies

โ€ข Service and ship any sales laptops sent in for repair, maintenance or upgrade according to EUS standards

โ€ข Maintain service levels while minimizing end user downtime with prompt response and turnaround
